Need a kickstart into your day? - Celery and kale to the rescue!
So, let's get right to it!
Ingredients for 1-2 portions:
- 1 cup of roughly chopped celery
- 1 cup of kale (green, black, curely, whatever you have at hand)
- 1 small bunch of wheatgrass (1-2 fingers in diameter)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Banana
- 2 cups of ice cubes
- 1-2 cups of water or orange juice
Put all in a highspeed blender. Blend on maximum power for 1-2 minutes.
